My car was totaled and I needed to buy a new one. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to buy, but knew that Subaru was a top contender. While Subaru wasn't the best fit for me personally, I need to give a shout out to Dion. He was one of the best salesmen I worked with during my car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different trims and packages. He seemed to genuinely care about his clients. He was very professional and patient every time I went in (I think it was a total of 4 times). I definitely recommend working with him to buy a car!
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I've never written a review without being asked until now but every aspect of their service from scheduling, the time I drove in until I left was so above and beyond expectations I am. Each and every employee I encountered was friendly, pleasant and helpful.. even on the way out after eveything had been completed. This even though I'd never bought or leased from them. Service was quick and thorough and the assistant explained and went through the entire check list even though I was also given a paper copy of it. Each step along the way I received texts of progress. The entire dealership was sparkling clean, light filled and pleasant. Don't hesitate to try them.
Fox is a great place to get oil changes. They provide quick oil changes and you are connected with the intake person by text the whole time. No guessing because they let you know how much longer and any suggestions they may have for your car. Plus, while you wait there are a variety of places to sit, but one of the best perks is you can get a drink and a snack!!!! Thanks Fox Subaru!
My first visit to Fox Subaru. Very good experience. Appointment easy to set up. Advisor, Justin, friendly, professional, kept me updated. Initial repair quote reasonable and dead on. No hard sell on additional services, but grateful they did point out an additional issue that needed attention. Waiting area comfortable, well-equipped. Car ready on time & as promised, with a bonus wash. Will return!
